Ric - (Director of Education, Senior Stylist) Ric has been a stylist for over 20 years. As the lead educator for design assistants at Marco, he cites his students, with their youth and energy, as his biggest influence because they constantly keep him on his toes. Ric’s natural sense of style is reflected in both his personal life and his work; appointments with Ric are coveted in the Seattle area because of his creativity and understanding of fashion. He is greatly influenced by music, and has even taken time off work to tour with a band. As an industry veteran, Ric’s biggest accomplishment was when Allure Magazine named him an “up and coming star.” When he isn’t using his artistic vision to make clients feel beautiful, Ric enjoys snuggling with his bulldog, Tank. |

She sees her key responsibility as making sure her clients are always happy and satisfied. Katie’s passion for people affects other areas of her life; she serves as a Big Sister and volunteers to help those afflicted with AIDS. |

A long-time enthusiast of fashion and beauty, Taylor found that hairdressing was a perfect career fit in line with her interests and talents. She counts Ric Peterson and her co-workers as her greatest mentors and enjoys training new apprentices at the salon. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys running, taking yoga classes, baking, and spending time with friends and family. |
